I have quite a few things that I need to blog about....so I am going to make a list and the fill it in later. First and most important was that Isabelle was baptized on the 28th of March. It was such a nice day. The family got together and it was a lot of fun. Sean and I went on a super fun field trip to this is the place. I have not been there since before I was married which was quite a few years ago at this point in my life. I am planning on taking all of my kids their this summer it is definitely worth it! Another fun thing that we have done is that we went on a family trip to St. George. All I have to say about that is swimming pool, zip line and indoor elevator...Tyler's Uncle Wendell and Aunt Teri are super generous and our kids had a blast!! It was one of those trips that the kids were so busy playing that they didn't even have time to fight!!! I promise to get some pictures posted soon. I know their are some other things that I want to talk about but I can't remember them right now. I'll go through my pictures and add them later....

The Real Swimsuit Season

Elianna feels that everyday is a swimwear/dress-up day. I think it was actually snowing this day....I'm happy because at least when we go out she doesn't put up a fight to get her regular clothes on again. (Of course if all of us were this cute in a swimsuit we might consider putting a swimsuit into our normal clothing rotation!)

Sean's Iron County Report

Sean had a fun county report due in school. He was given Iron County. On the inside of the box you were supposed to do a surprise about the county. Sean came up with the cutest idea to put in mountains, paint rocks black for iron and then he found red dirt that represented the red dirt of southern Utah. You can see how it turned out in the picture. He did a really good job. I was really proud of him.

Natalia celebrates her 5th birthday today but celebrated with her friends this last Friday. The kids had a blast! They made crowns, wands and played some fun games. It's hard to believe that she is already 5....I Betty Crockered it up again and made Natalia a cake for her birthday. I think it turned out pretty good!

The latest most up-to-date family pic! Dec '08

I decided to be Betty Crocker this year and decorate Belle's cakes myself! It was actually really fun! I don't think that I'll be hired as a cake decorator anytime soon but Belle and I enjoyed choosing the frosting color and designing the layout of the cupcake cakes!
Ok, here is picture from Isabelle's 8th birthday party. She had a lot of friends come and celebrate with her. I think the highlight of the party was the ice skating. The girls really seemed to enjoy that. The girls talked me into ice skating with them but I felt like I spent more time getting in and out of the rink helping the girls rather than skating which I suppose is the reason that I was there in the first place...The whole day was really fun!

OK....I am updating our blog! I don't have any pictures right now but I will get some posted soon enough. As most people know this time of year is crazy birthday season. Tyler had his birthday last month which was small and quaint(the way he prefers it!!). Yesterday was Isabelle's 8th birthday. She had a fun ice skating party on Saturday with some of her closest friends which in her case includes her cousins. This will be a big month for her because she is getting baptized at the end of March.
Another bit of exciting news is that Ellie is potty training!!! I am so excited! I don't know if I'm more excited that I won't be changing dirty diapers or that I won't have to buy diapers....(it's a toss up for me). Either way I'm smiling. It is a bit sad to see her growing up so fast but what do I expect!!
